Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing DooDoovly for your pet waste removal needs. Please review our booking policies below to ensure a smooth and reliable service experience. Service Schedule DooDoovly provides weekly dog waste removal service. Service days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, and your assigned day will depend on your location and route availability. Access to Yard Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the service area on the scheduled service day. Please ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured indoors during service. Weather & Delays Service may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. If this occurs, we will reschedule service as soon as possible. Payment & Billing All services are billed in advance according to the selected service plan (6-month or annual plan). Plans automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled. Cancellations Customers may cancel service at any time. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to prevent renewal. Missed Service If service cannot be completed due to blocked access, locked gates, aggressive pets, or pets left outside, the visit will be considered completed for that week.
